REALTOR® Fair CE Attendance Uploads to MREC

The MD Real Estate Commission (MREC) requires CE providers upload attendees within 30 days of the course date, and recommends that each agent completes their CE at least 30 days prior to renewal. Due to the large number of attendees the GBBR REALTOR® Fair CE attendance upload to the MREC will take up to two weeks to complete.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

GBBR may cancel courses due to low registration up to two days prior to the date of the class. In the event that GBBR much cancel a course, all those who registered will be contacted and will be offered the option of receiving a refund or transferring your payment/credit to another class. 

GBBR does not issue refunds for education courses, ​except when the course is canceled by GBBR. Individuals who miss a program without submitting written notification 24 hours prior to the course date will be charged for the course. 

If you find it necessary to cancel your course registration, you must submit a notice in writing at least 24 hours prior to the course. Persons who are able to document compliance with the written notification requirement will receive a credit voucher that may be applied to any future education program, or as a credit toward annual dues or to purchase retail items from the GBBR REALTOR® Store. 

Inclement Weather Policy

If Baltimore County Public Schools are delayed one (1) hour business will run as usual.

If Baltimore County Public Schools are delayed two (2) hours then all morning classes, events, and committee meetings will be canceled and rescheduled to the best of our ability. All afternoon activities will run on time. Committee members and registrants for courses and paid events will be notified by GBBR staff via email as soon as the rescheduled date(s) has been finalized.

If Baltimore County Public Schools are closed then all activities are canceled and will be rescheduled to the best of our ability. Committee members and registrants for courses and paid events will be notified by GBBR staff via email as soon as the rescheduled date(s) has been finalized.

All Designation courses will run as usual unless the GBBR office is closed. Course registrants will be notified by GBBR staff via email as soon as the rescheduled date(s) has been finalized.

The association’s normal business hours are Monday – Friday 8:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Notice of adjusted office hours or closure due to inclement weather will be posted to the GBBR website (www.gbbr.org), Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/GBBRrealtor), and Twitter (@GBBRrealtor) by 7:00 a.m.
