Real Estate School at GBBR: The Right Course To Take
The Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS® (GBBR), the nation's oldest real estate board, was established in 1858. Currently serving over 4,900 members in Baltimore City and Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, Howard and Anne Arundel Counties, we have supported our community in its development throughout the greater part of its history. GBBR continues to promote high standards and professionalism in real estate sales and law, and provide training, education and legislative representation for our members.
The Real Estate School at GBBR was opened in 1990 to provide the public with access to quality courses offering the instruction necessary to obtain a Maryland real estate license. Our instructors are GBBR members and experienced real estate professionals who are respected by their peers in the industry.
GBBR offers several series of Real Estate School courses throughout the year, each series consisting of several weeks of instruction, with class meetings two or three days per week. We are committed to providing a productive learning environment, limiting student capacity per series for efficient student, instructor, and group interaction. Series enrollment is first-come, first-served; tuition and related study materials are priced at an affordable cost.
To find out more about GBBR's upcoming course dates or to enroll in a series, click the "View Licensing Courses" link on GBBR's Education page.
