Principles & Practices of Real Estate Course
The course is approved by the State of Maryland to fulfill the 60-hour classroom prerequisite for taking the PSI State real estate examination for salespersons. The program has been designed to provide students with a basic understanding of real estate property, the laws that govern licensees, the real estate profession in Maryland, and to lay the foundation for successful completion of the state's qualifying examination.
Pre-registration is required, and all tuition fees must be paid with the return of the enrollment form. All classes will be held at the GBBR office.
Maryland Law Exam Prep Session
The exam prep class consists of a review of test-taking techniques and the material covered in the general portion of the pre-licensing class. It is designed to help refresh your memory of the topics covered. The law review class also includes test-taking techniques as well as the material covered in the law portion of the pre-licensing class.
